Shape the path for Red Door to be formed as Sons and Daughters and to be sent on mission as God’s Family for the rescue of the world. 

responsibilities

Mission Team
  • Provide leadership and partnership for the Global + Local Teams
  • Develop our vision and strategy with the Global + Local Directors
  • Build relationships with the point leaders for our Global + Local Projects
  • Accountable for the outcomes of our Global trips + projects (*travel required)
  • Accountable for the outcomes of our Local projects
  • Develop LOVEGIVES initiatives in partnership with our Elder Team 
Formation Team
  • Provide leadership and partnership for Groups + Studies Team Leaders
  • Provide leadership and partnership for Mens + Womens Team Leaders
  • Lead our *Family Pathway
  • Develop our spiritual formation pathway around *SIFM
  • Oversee the *Become process in collaboration with our Elders
Whole Vision
  • This position is designed to be one of the primary voices and carriers for our Whole Vision: The Whole Gospel for the Whole Church, for the Whole City, and the Whole Word.  
  • We want to see the whole of God’s salvation (sozo) extended into every aspect of our city and world - spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional. 
  • We want to engage the whole church with a participation in this mission through the exercising of their time, talent, and treasure.  
Meetings
  • Meet weekly with Directors as needed 
  • Meet weekly with the Teaching Pastor
  • Attend the Calibration Meetings (Seasonal) 
  • Attend the 360 Meetings (Seasonal).
  • Attend the planning meetings for all Big Events.
  • Attend Staff Dev Meetings

*Family Pathway
This is the pathway we have designed for people from the time they enter our parking lot for the first time to becoming Door Holders (the key members) at Red Door.

*Become
Become is the final step in the Family Pathway as people step into becoming Door Holders. It brings people through the key foundational elements of Red Door: Story, Identity, Family, Mission. 

*SIFM
This is the acronym for Story, Identity, Family, and Mission. This is our discipleship pathway.
