NEW LEADERS

If we want to take the summits, it will never be about a building, but about people. A building cannot smile, a building cannot pray, it cannot see, it cannot love.
We can.
We need you to find a place to serve. Not help out. But truly serve. Here are our goals for new leaders in the coming 2 years of the Summit Campaign.

Equipegration Team

Fully staff our Equipegration Team with volunteer leaders like you + begin to make the dream of Equipegration a reality.

Middle School Leaders

We will be looking for several young couples who will take the lead on developing Discipleship Groups for our Middle Schoolers.

Serving Through Giftings

Provide more opportunities for you to serve using your God-given gifts and talents.

Double Our Groups

Double the number of Group Leaders and Discipleship Groups in Red Door.

NEW BASE CAMP

One of the best ways we can love and bless our neighbors is by becoming a part of the neighborhood ourselves. Rather than descending on a location one time a week, we have the ability to become truly woven into the fabric of the community. Even more, the prime location of Base Camp allows us to become a 'front door' to both Fairfield and Forest Park. This presence in the city will become our means of blessing the city.

NEW CHURCH PLANTS

Our goal has never been to create a megachurch. It never will be. What we want to do is create local churches that are small enough to be a family, and big enough to do some Kingdom damage. In order to do that we must continually invest in planting more churches both locally and globally. Since planting Red Door in 2010, we have invested in planting 3 other churches: El Refugio, The Oaks, and Port d’Espoir. Planting more churches is the best way for us to be a part of a Gospel movement.

Church Planting Pipeline

Through our partnership with the Send Network, we will be implementing a planting pipeline through Red Door.

New Red Door Plant

We will send out one new church plant in the next 3-5 years.
If you would like to read more about why we want to plant churches then you must start with this article - Why Plant Churches - from Tim Keller. This is a great read and introduction to why we want to plant more churches.
